1.For liquid oxygen making machine plant,  the working pressure of the whole plant is less than 1.0Mpa. Operation is simple. 

flexible and safe while energy consumption is very low. The process of the overall system includes molecular sieve adsorption 

towers, gas bearing expander and refrigeration as well as single tower distillation, and so on. We adopt different configurations 

according to different applications of different  N2/O2 consumption with different pressure levels @ low energy consumption. 

Certain amount of liquid  N2/O2is available at the same time according to customers’ requirements. The capacity of 

N2/O2production could be from 200Nm3/h to 10000Nm3/h @ purity of above 99.999%/99.6%. 

 

Notes of liquid oxygen making machine plant

The working pressure and  N2/O2 pressure could be customized on the users’ demand.

The unit energy consumption of liquid N2/O2production depends on the actual technological process. The power consumption 

for re-flux process is 0.3kw.h/m3N2. The power consumption for positive flow process is 0.25kw.h/m3N2, and for low pressure

 twin-tower process, 0.2kw.h/m3N2.

Production of gaseous   N2/O2is optional as user requirements.

 

2 Features of liquid oxygen making machine plant

1 Purifying air by molecular sieve adsorption makes the process simple, start-up and operation easy and safe, switch-over loss small and rectifying condition stable.

2 Using the pre-cooling system to cool the air with normal temp to make the molecular sieve adsorbent in good condition. 

3 For the use of the automatically controlled filter, the air bearings turbo-expander and the aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger, the stability, safety and reliability of the whole plant are improved greatly.

4 Using a new construction of the evaporator-condenser to avoid the accumulation of C-H chemical compounds.
